Weston E. Nicholson
Weston is an Indiana attorney with a litigation-focused background and an emphasis on written advocacy. Since 2020, he has practiced throughout central Indiana in criminal, family, contract, insurance defense, municipal, and appellate matters. His current practice centers on remote brief writing, legal research, and municipal representation.
Weston began his career serving in the United States Marine Corps as an infantry assaultman. After leaving active duty, he served as a Department of Defense contractor, training service members in drone operations. In 2014, he earned an Associate Degree from Ivy Tech Community College and continued his education at the University of Michigan, graduating in 2016. He went on to complete a dual-degree program at Indiana University–Indianapolis, earning a Juris Doctor and a Master of Public Affairs in 2020.
